The Haunted Girl

 I think about death every day. I could start by listing my credits, but there is no other fact that will get you to know me sooner than that one. I think about death every day. I am completely haunted by it. I later learned that this daily thought is anxiety, and that my obsession with it is OCD. And all of that chaos has been sitting deep somewhere in my heart since I was 12. I write about it. And I've found that when I write about it and I start the conversations first with actors and then with audience members, there's this amazing thing that happens. I start to realize that we are no longer ghosts of ourselves because we can all truly see each other.

I've been creating theatre all over the country for the past 15 years. My work has been produced in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago and Boise. I'm a playwright and director who loves focusing on themes of mental health. I'm the owner and Creative Director of Windy Hallows, and the innagural production of the company, "The Firefly Web" won Best Production and Best Director (Erika Jenko) at the 2022 SheLA Theatre Festival. The script is now available for licensing through SheNYC Arts. I'm a proud member of the Dramatists Guild, and excited to continue creating in the Los Angeles area.
